From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76)

Take Exit 48, old exit 5 (Allegheny Valley) and follow signs for Rte. 28 South to Pittsburgh. From Route 28, take exit 6 for the Highland Park Bridge. Once on the Highland Park Bridge, get into right lane and exit onto Butler Street. Stay in right lane, and at the second light, turn left onto Baker Street. Make another left into the Zoo parking lot.
